摘　　要：文章总结了姚沛雨主任医师治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的经验。糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症病机复杂,多为虚实错杂之证。五脏病变、气血津液失调、外邪侵袭或风燥内生皆可致痒,总体病机为消渴日久致阴亏血虚、湿瘀互结、风热内生。治疗应从“肝肺”论治,活血与清热并举、疏风养血贯穿始终,同时强调心理疏导、身心同调。The article summarized the experience of chief physician Yao Peiyu in treating diabetic pruritus.The pathogenesis of diabetic pruritus is complex,often involving a mixture of deficiency and excess syndromes,including visceral diseases,imbalance of qi,blood,and body fluids,invasion of external pathogens,or internal generation of wind and dryness.The overall pathogenesis is prolonged thirst leading to deficiency of yin and blood,stagnation of dampness and stasis,and internal generation of wind-heat.Treatment should focus on the liver and lungs,emphasizing the combination of promoting blood circulation and clearing heat,and regulating wind to nourish blood throughout.Simultaneously,attention should be paid to psychological counseling to achieve harmony between body and mind.
