改良蛋珍油治疗急性放射性食管炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨改良蛋珍油治疗急性放射性食管炎(ARE)的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月收治的100例食管鳞癌拟行放射治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和改良蛋珍油组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,改良蛋珍油组在对照组基础上给予改良蛋珍油治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果改良蛋珍油组的ARE严重程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良蛋珍油组的治疗总有效率为88.00%,略高于对照组的84.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,改良蛋珍油组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)以及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良蛋珍油联合西医常规治疗能有效降低ARE的发生率以及严重程度,减轻患者的炎症反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Danzhenyou in the treatment of acute radiation esophagitis(ARE).Methods A total of 100 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who underwent radiotherapy from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and modified Danzhenyou group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the modified Danzhenyou group was treated with modified Danzhenyou on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The severity of ARE in the modified Danzhenyou group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the modified Danzhenyou group was 88.00%,which was slightly higher than 84.00% of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the modified Danzhenyou group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Danzhenyou combined with conventional western medicine treatment can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of ARE and relieve the inflammatory response of patients.
