中医情志干预结合辨证施膳对冠心病患者心境状态及病情控制的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中医情志干预结合辨证施膳对冠心病患者心境状态及病情控制的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2022年2月收治的168例冠心病患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各84例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施中医情志干预结合辨证施膳。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的心功能分级Ⅰ级占比显著高于对照组,Ⅱ级、Ⅳ级占比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的血小板反应蛋白-1(TSP-1)、血小板活化因子(PAF)水平及血小板聚集率(PAR)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志干预结合辨证施膳用于冠心病护理中可改善患者心境状态、血小板活化功能及病情控制效果,值得推广。Objective To analyze the influences of TCM emotional intervention combined with diet based on syndrome differentiation on mood state and disease control in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 168 patients with coronary heart disease admitted from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 84 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given TCM emotional intervention combined with diet based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the proportion of cardiac function grade Ⅰin the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the proportions of grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅳ were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of thrombospondin-1(TSP-1),platelet-activating factor(PAF)and platelet aggregation rate(PAR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional intervention combined with diet based on syndrome differentiation applied in nursing of patients with coronary heart disease can ameliorate the mood state,platelet activation function and disease control effect,which is worthy of promotion.
