摘 要:目的分析基于计划行为理论的生活方式干预结合同伴教育对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者健康行为及血糖变异性的影响。方法选择2019年3月至2022年4月收治的70例GDM患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于计划行为理论的生活方式干预结合同伴教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的健康意识、健康态度及健康行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的血糖变异系数(CV)、空腹血糖变异系数(CV-FBG)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于计划行为理论的生活方式干预结合同伴教育可提高GDM患者健康行为,改善血糖变异性,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。Objective To analyze the effects of lifestyle intervention based on planned behavior theory combined with peer education on health behavior and blood glucose variability in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 70 GDM patients admitted from March 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given lifestyle intervention based on planned behavior theory combined with peer education on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of health awareness,health attitude and health behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the coefficient of variation of blood glucose(CV)and coefficient of variation of fasting blood glucose(CV-FBG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lifestyle intervention based on planned behavior theory combined with peer education can improve the health behavior of GDM patients,ameliorate blood glucose variability,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
