利福平注射液与利福平胶囊治疗肺结核患者的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较利福平注射液与利福平胶囊治疗肺结核患者的效果。方法:选取2021—2023年该院收治的70例肺结核患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各35例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用利福平胶囊治疗,观察组采用利福平注射液治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)]水平,用药依从性(Morisky服药依从性量表)评分和痰菌转阴率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组ALT、AST、TBIL水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组ALT、AST、TBIL水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3个月,观察组用药依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、3个月,观察组痰菌转阴率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利福平注射液治疗肺结核患者可提高治疗总有效率、用药依从性评分和痰菌转阴率,效果优于利福平胶囊治疗。Objective:To compare effects of Rifampicin injection and Rifampicin capsule in treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to this hospital from 2021 to 2023.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Rifampicin capsules,while the observation group was treated with Rifampicin injection.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,the liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL)]levels before and after the treatment,the medication compliance(Morisky medication compliance scale)score,and the sputum negative conversion rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the AST and TBIL levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the medication compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after 1 and 3 months of treatment,the sputum negative conversion rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Rifampicin injection can improve the total effective rate,the medication compliance scores and the sputum negative conversion rate in the treatment of the pa
