摘 要:目的:比较工业化三腔袋与医院自配全合一营养液在结直肠癌患者术后肠外营养中的效果。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月该院收治的80例结直肠癌根治术患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各40例。两组术后均予以肠外营养支持,对照组采用医院自行配制的全合一营养液,研究组采用工业化三腔袋全合一营养液。比较两组肠外营养时间,肠外营养费用,住院时间,术后血清营养指标[白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)]、免疫指标[免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgM、IgG]水平,以及不良事件发生率。结果:两组肠外营养时间、住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组肠外营养费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后7 d的ALB、PA、IgA、IgM、IgG水平均高于术后1 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良事件发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:工业化三腔袋与医院自配的全合一营养液用于结直肠癌术后患者均能改善机体营养指标、免疫指标水平,但工业化三腔袋全合一营养液可节约成本,降低不良事件发生率,安全性较好。Objective:To compare effects of industrialized triple-chambered bag and hospital-made all-in-one parenteral nutrition solution in patients after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer in this hospital from March 2022 to March 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given parenteral nutrition support after the surgery.The control group used the hospitalmade all-in-one nutrient solution,while the study group used the industrialized triple-chambered bag all-in-one nutrient solution.The parenteral nutrition time,the parenteral nutrition cost,the hospitalization time,the levels of postoperative serum nutrition indexes[albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)]and immune indexes[immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgM,IgG]levels,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the parenteral nutrition time and the hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The parenteral nutrition cost in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ALB,PA,IgA,IgM and IgG in the two groups 7 days after the surgery were higher than those 1 day after the surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The industrialized triple-chambered bag and the hospital-made all-in-one nutrient solution can improve the nutritional and immune indexes of the patients after colorectal cancer surgery,but the triple-chambered bag all-in-one nutrient solution can save the costs and reduce the incidence of adverse events with good safety.
