追踪营养护理在老年结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察追踪营养护理在老年结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019—2022年该院收治的126例老年结直肠癌手术患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施追踪营养护理。比较两组护理前后营养指标[白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)、前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TF)]水平、健康状况[卡氏功能状态(KPS)]评分、生命质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)]评分,以及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组TP、PA、ALB、TF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组KPS、GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为98.41%(62/63),高于对照组的85.71%(54/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:追踪营养护理应用于老年结直肠癌手术患者可提高营养指标水平、健康状况评分、生命质量评分和护理满意度,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of tracking nutrition nursing in elderly patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 126 elderly patients with colorectal cancer surgery admitted to the hospital from 2019 to 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the tracking nutrition nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of nutrition indexes[albumin(ALB),total protein(TP),prealbumin(PA),transferrin(TF)],the health status[Karnofsky performance scale(KPS)]score,the quality of life[General quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]score before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the levels of TP,PA,ALB and TF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the KPS,GQOLI-74 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.41%(62/63),which was higher than 85.71%(54/63)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The tracking nutritional nursing in the elderly patients with colorectal cancer surgery can improve the levels of nutrition indexes,the health status scores,the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
