摘　　要：目的:分析无痛分娩技术在产科分娩中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月于北京市顺义区妇幼保健院产科分娩的产妇120例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各60例。对照组实施常规分娩,试验组实施无痛分娩。比较两组分娩情况。结果:试验组自然分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。试验组总产程时间短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组侧切会阴、宫颈裂伤发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛分娩技术在产科分娩中的应用效果显著,能够提高自然分娩率,缩短产程时间,减少产后出血,改善新生儿健康状况,减少生殖道受损。Objective:To analyze the application effect of painless delivery technique in obstetric delivery.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of women who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Beijing Shunyi District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with sixty cases in each group.The control group practiced conventional delivery and the experimental group practiced painless delivery.Comparison of the two groups of labor and delivery.Results:The rate of natural delivery in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013);the total duration of labor in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group,and the Apgar score of the newborns was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of lateral incision perineum and cervical laceration in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of painless delivery technique in obstetric delivery has significant effect,which can increase the rate of natural delivery,shorten the duration of delivery,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,improve the health of newborns,and reduce the damage to the reproductive tract.
