留置针联合改良塞丁格技术应用于新生儿经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉置管中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析留置针联合改良塞丁格技术应用于经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉置管(PICC)中的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月于泰安市妇幼保健院行PICC的新生儿60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组实施留置针联合改良塞丁格技术,对照组实施常规盲穿法。比较两组置管效果。结果:观察组家属总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。观察组一次性置管成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。结论:留置针联合改良塞丁格技术应用于新生儿PICC中的效果显著,能够提高一次性置管成功率与家属满意度,减少并发症。Objective:To analyze the effect of indwelling needle combined with modified Sedinger technique in the application of peripherally inserted central venous catheters catheterization.Methods:Sixty cases of neonates who underwent PICC in Tai'an Ma⁃ternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the ob⁃servation group and the control group using the randomized numerical table method,each with thirty cases.The observation group implemented indwelling needle combined with modified Sedinger technique,and the control group implemented conventional blind puncture method.Compare the effect of catheterization in the two groups.Result:The total satisfaction of family members in the ob⁃servation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006);the total compli⁃cation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);the one-time success rate of catheterization in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Conclusion:The application of indwelling needle combined with modified Sedinger technique in neonatal PICC catheterization has significant effect,which can improve the success rate of one-time place⁃ment and family satisfaction,and reduce complications.
