筋伤膏联合理筋手法治疗急性踝关节扭伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析筋伤膏联合理筋手法治疗急性踝关节扭伤(AAS)的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月甘肃省酒泉市中医医院收治的AAS患者90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组给予筋伤膏联合理筋手法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。治疗后,两组疼痛、肿胀评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,踝关节功能评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:筋伤膏联合理筋手法治疗AAS的效果显著,能够缓解疼痛、肿胀情况,恢复踝关节功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of Jinshang cream combined with tendon manipulation in the treatment of acute ankle sprain(AAS).Methods:Ninety cases of AAS patients admitted to Gansu Jiuquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with forty-five cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Jinshang cream combined with tendon manipulation.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);after treatment,the pain and swelling scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group;the ankle function scores were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinshang cream combined with tendon manipulation is effective in treating AAS,which can relieve pain and swelling and restore ankle joint function.
