心脏超声筛查诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析心脏超声筛查诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的价值。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月于黄冈市浠水县妇幼保健院进行产检的孕妇80例作为研究对象,所有孕妇行常规超声检查、心脏超声筛查及超声心动图检查,以超声心动图检查结果为“金标准”,分析不同检查方式的诊断效能。结果:超声心动图结果显示,80例研究对象中,胎儿先天性心脏病阳性17例,阴性63例。心脏超声筛查诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的准确度、灵敏度、特异度高于常规超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心脏超声筛查与常规超声检查对胎儿先天性心脏病类型的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心脏超声筛查在胎儿先天性心脏病的诊断中具有较高的准确度、灵敏度及特异度,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of cardiac ultrasound screening in fetal congenital heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in Xishui County Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huanggang City from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All pregnant women underwent conventional ultrasound examination,cardiac ultrasound screening and echocardiography.The results of echocardiography were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods.Results:Echocardiography showed that,among the 80 study subjects,17 cases were positive for fetal congenital heart disease and 63 cases were negative.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of cardiac ultrasound screening in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease were higher than those of conventional ultrasound examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of fetal congenital heart disease between cardiac ultrasound screening and conventional ultrasound examination(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac ultrasound screening has high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
