摘　　要：目的:分析前白蛋白(PA)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、WBC与中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT%)及C反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测诊断重症细菌感染性疾病的价值。方法:选取2020年11月—2023年10月昆明市中医医院收治的重症细菌感染性疾病患者61例及同期病毒感染性疾病患者52例作为研究对象,根据感染类型分为两组。比较不同感染类型患者血液指标水平,分析5种指标的诊断效能。结果:重症细菌感染组WBC、NEUT%、PCT及CRP水平高于病毒感染组,PA水平低于病毒感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PA、CRP及5种指标联合具有一定诊断价值,且5种指标联合诊断重症细菌感染性疾病的曲线下面积高于5种指标单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论:PA、PCT、WBC、NEUT%及CRP在重症细菌感染性疾病的诊断中具有较高的诊断价值,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the value of combined testing of prealbumin(PA),procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell count(WBC),WBC and neutrophil percentage(NEUT%),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the diagnosis of critical bacterial infectious diseases.Methods:Sixty-one patients with critical bacterial infectious diseases and fifty-two patients with viral infectious diseases during the same period admitted to Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the types of infections.We compared the levels of blood indexes in patients with different infection types and analyzed the diagnostic efficacy of five indexes.Results:The levels of WBC,NEUT%,PCT and CRP in the critical bacterial infection group were higher than those in the viral infection group,and the level of PA was lower than that in the viral infection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the area under the curve of the five indicators in the combined diagnosis of critical bacterial infectious diseases was higher than that of the five indicators alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:PA,PCT,WBC,NEUT%and CRP have high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of critical bacterial infectious diseases,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
