循证式督导法护理方案在老年终末期肾功能衰竭血液透析患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析循证式督导法护理方案在老年终末期肾功能衰竭(ESRF)血液透析(以下简称血透)患者中护理中应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月连州市人民医院收治的ESRF患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组在血透治疗过程中接受常规护理方案,研究组在对照组基础上实施循证式督导护理方案。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:循证式督导法护理方案在老年ESRF血透患者护理中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者生活质量,缓解负性情绪,提高满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of the application of evidence-based supervision method nursing program in the nursing care of elderly end-stage renal failure(ESRF)hemodialysis(hereinafter referred to as hemodialysis)patients.Methods:Eighty cases of ESRF patients admitted to Lianzhou People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and a study group of forty cases each by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group received conventional nursing program during hemodialysis treatment,and the study group implemented evidence-based supervision nursing program on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing care,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing care,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after nursing care,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing care,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the nursing care satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.013).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based supervision method nursing program in the nursing care of elderly ESRF hemodialysis patients is remarkable,which can improve the quality of life of patients,relieve negative emotions and increase satisfaction.
