摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复护理应用于胃肠手术患者术后恢复的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月于南京医科大学附属南京医院接受胃肠手术的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组恢复正常饮食时间、首次排便时间、肛门排气时间及下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:快速康复护理应用于胃肠手术患者术后恢复的效果显著,能够促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing applied to postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal surgery patients.Methods:A total of eighty patients who received gastrointestinal surgery in Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The normal diet time,first defecation time,anal exhaust time and getting out of bed time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039);the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing has significant effect on postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal surgery patients,can promote postoperative recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
