全程护理在复杂牙列缺损患者种植联合正畸护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析全程护理在复杂牙列缺损患者种植联合正畸护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年6月广西医科大学附属口腔医院收治的复杂牙列缺损患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施全程护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组治疗依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:全程护理模式联合系统化健康教育应用于复杂牙列缺损患者种植联合正畸治疗中的效果较好,能够提高治疗依从性,降低不良反应发生率,患者满意度高。Objective:To analyze the application effect of whole-course nursing in patients with complex dentition defects by implant and orthodontic treatment.Methods:A total of 82 patients with complex dentition defect admitted to Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received whole-course nursing mode combined on the basis of control group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:The whole-course nursing mode combined with systematic health education has good effects in patients with complex dentition defects by implant and orthodontic treatment,and can improve the treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have a high patient satisfaction.
