家医签约式服务应用于社区糖尿病患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析家医签约式服务应用于社区糖尿病(DM)患者的效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年4月北京市昌平区回龙观社区卫生服务中心诊治的DM患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组实施常规社区管理,观察组实施家医签约式服务。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组血糖控制达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。干预后,两组血糖监测、遵医服药、饮食管理、运动管理评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生活质量评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:家医签约式服务应用于社区DM患者的效果显著,能够良好地控制血糖,使患者养成健康的行为习惯,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of family doctor contract service applied to patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)in the community.Methods:A total of 84 DM patients admitted to Beijing Changping District Huilongguan Community Health Service Center from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine community management,and the observation group implemented family doctor contract service.The management effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The blood glucose control compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).After intervention,the scores of blood glucose monitoring,medication compliance,diet management,and exercise management in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:The family doctor contract service has significant effect in the community DM patients,and can control blood glucose well,enable patients to develop healthy behavior habits,and improve their quality of life.
