摘　　要：目的:调查2022年1720名高校在职教职工的体检结果并进行分析。方法:选取2022年度中央财经大学在职教职工1720名作为研究对象,统计不同性别、年龄段的健康体检异常结果并进行分析。结果:2022年度中央财经大学在职教职工各项体检项目结果均无明显异常者0人,体检项目结果存在≥1项异常者1720人。男性教职工屈光不正,总胆固醇升高,体质量过轻、超重或肥胖,脂肪肝,甘油三酯升高,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高,尿酸升高,龋齿检出率高于女性,甲状腺结节及外痔检出率低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教职工健康体检异常结果前5位由高到低依次为屈光不正,甲状腺结节,总胆固醇升高,体质量过轻、超重或肥胖,脂肪肝,不同年龄段发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2022年度中央财经大学在职教职工健康体检异常情况较多,相关部门应定期组织健康检查,并建立在职教职工的健康档案,开展健康教育,增强教职工自我保健意识,做到疾病的早期发现、早期干预和早期治疗。Objective:To investigate and analyze the physical examination results of 1720 university staff in 2022.Methods:A to⁃tal of 1720 staff members of Central University of Finance and Economics in 2022 were selected as the research objects,and ab⁃normal health examination results of different genders and ages were analyzed.Results:In 2022,there were no obvious abnormali⁃ties in all the physical examination results of the serving staff of Central University of Finance and Economics,and there were more than 1 abnormality in the physical examination results of 1720 staff;male staff members had refractive errors,increased to⁃tal cholesterol,underweight,overweight or obesity,fatty liver,elevated triglycerides,elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,elevated uric acid,higher rates of dental caries than female staff members,and lower rates of thyroid nodules and external hemor⁃rhoids,with statistical significance(P<0.001);the top 5 abnormal results of health examination were refractive errors,increased to⁃tal cholesterol,underweight,overweight or obesity,thyroid nodules,fatty liver,and the incidence of different age groups was statis⁃tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In 2022,there are a lot of abnormalities in the health examination of the on-the-job staff of Central University of Finance and Economics.Relevant departments should organize regular health examination,establish the health records of the on-the-job staff,carry out health education,and improve the self-care awareness of the staff,so as to achieve early detection,early intervention and early treatment of diseases.
