摘　　要：目的:分析护理标识联合垂直管理在静脉用药调配中心安全管理中的应用效果。方法:抽取2022年9月—2023年8月泰安市妇幼保健院静脉用药调配中心调配用药的病历2200份作为研究对象,将2022年9月—2023年2月的1100份设置为对照组,将2023年3—8月的1100份设置为观察组。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施护理标识联合垂直管理。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组护理差错总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。管理后,观察组药物配置、药品发放、护理文书、护理管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药品管理差错总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:护理标识联合垂直管理在静脉用药调配中心安全管理中的应用效果显著,能够降低护理差错率、药品管理差错率,提高护理质量评分。Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing identification combined with vertical management in the safety management of pharmacy intravenous admixture service.Methods:A total of 2200 medical records containing drug allocation in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service of Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.A total of 1100 medical records from September 2022 to February 2023 were set as control group and 1100 medical records from March 2023 to August 2023 were set as observation group.The control group implemented routine management.The observation group implemented nursing identification combined with vertical management.The manage⁃ment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After management,the scores of drug allocation,drug distribution,nursing documents and nursing management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of drug management errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of nursing identification combined with vertical management in the safety management of pharmacy intravenous admixture service has significant effects,which can reduce the incidence of nursing errors and drug management errors,and in⁃crease the scores of nursing quality.
