摘　　要：室性早搏(简称室早)是临床常见的室性心律失常之一,可能触发单形性室性心动过速、多形性室性心动过速,严重者可导致心肌病、恶性心律失常及心源性猝死的发生。中医没有室早的病名,按照其症状及体征可归属于“心悸”“怔忡”等范畴。刘如秀教授是国医大师刘志明学术传承人,对刘老心系疾病当从肾论治的学术思想守正创新。刘如秀教授指出“心悸”“怔忡”病在心脉,根于肾,兼有血瘀,与五脏相关。对于室早(心悸病)的治疗,刘如秀教授强调要抓住肾虚血瘀的根本病机,重视先天,辨证论治,随症加减。并自拟滋肾养心方进行治疗,组方以心肾同治、通补兼施、平衡阴阳为法,临床效果显著。文章重在介绍刘如秀教授对室早(心悸病)的病因病机认识、临床经验及学术思想,以期为临床医师治疗室早提供思路。Premature ventricular contractions(ventricular premature)are one of the common ventricular arrhythmias in clinical practice and may trigger monomorphic ventricular tachycardia,polymorphic ventricular tachycardia,and in severe cases may lead to cardiomyopathy,malignant arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death.There is no name for ventricular premature in TCM.According to its symptoms and signs,it can be classified as“palpitation”,“Zhengchong”and other categories.Professor LIU Ruxiu is the academic successor of National Medical Master LIU Zhiming,and he has been imitating and innovating Liu′s academic thought that heart diseases should be treated from kidney.Professor Liu pointed out that“palpitation”and“Zhengchong”are related to the five Zang-organs,which are rooted in kidney and blood stasis.For the treatment of ventricular premature(palpitation disease),Professor LIU Ruxiu stressed that we should grasp the fundamental pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,attach importance to congenital disease,treat according to syndrome differentiation,and increase or decrease with the disease.And self-designed Zishen Yangxin Formula(滋肾养心方)is used for the treatment,with the method of treating heart and kidney together,tonifying and dredging and balancing Yin and Yang,the clinical effect is significant.The article focuses on introducing Professor LIU Ruxiu′s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical experience and academic ideas of ventricular premature(palpitations),in order to provide ideas for clinical physicians to treat ventricular premature beats.
