摘　　要：白癜风是皮肤科较为常见的色素脱失性疾病,易诊难治。作者在总结前人经验的基础上,结合自身多年临床认为,白癜风实为本虚标实之证。于内以“阳虚”体质为发病基础,于外以感受“风邪”为致病关键,提出以“温阳宣肺祛风法”治疗白癜风,并自拟中药方剂“扫白茴风丸”,在临床中取得满意成效。文章从病因病机、治法方药两方面阐释了温阳宣肺祛风法辨治白癜风的经验,并附验案一则,以期为中医药治疗白癜风拓宽思路。Vitiligo is a common depigmentation disease in dermatology,which is easy to diagnose and difficult to treat.The author believes that vitiligo is deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity on the basis of summarizing the experience of predecessors and combining with clinic for many years.Taking the constitution of“Yang deficiency”as the basis of the disease and external contraction of“wind pathogen”as the key to cause the disease,it put forward the method of“warming Yang,dispersing lung and expelling the wind”to treat vitiligo,and made a self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine Saobai Huifeng Pill(扫白茴风丸),which achieved satisfactory results in clinic.This paper explained the experience of the method of warming Yang,dispersing lung and expelling the wind in syndrome differentiation and treatment of vitiligo from etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and prescription,and attached a case,in order to broaden the train of thought for the treatment of vitiligo with traditional Chinese medicine.
