参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗老年心律失常患者的临床效果及对内质网应激因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗老年心律失常患者的临床效果及对内质网应激因子的影响。方法选择2017年1月—2021年1月老年心律失常患者200例作为对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组100例和观察组100例。对照组采用胺碘酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合参松养心胶囊治疗,3个月治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组RR间期、QT间期、复律时间、内皮功能、内质网应激因子及安全性。结果两组治疗前、治疗后3个月RR间期、QT间期比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后复律时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)、内皮非依赖性血管舒张功能(NEVD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);内质网应激因子(IRE1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗过程中窦性心动过缓、低血压、房室传导阻滞、烧心及胃胀发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮用于老年心律失常患者中能缩短复律时间,改善患者内皮功能及IRE1水平,未增加不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule(参松养心胶囊)combined with amiodarone in elderly patients with arrhythmia and the effect on endoplasmic reticulum stress factor.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with arrhythmia from January 2017 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases).The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the observation group was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule on the basis of the control group.After three months of treatment,the effect of the patients was evaluated.The RR interval,QT interval,recovery time,endothelial function,endoplasmic reticulum stress factor and safety of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in RR interval or QT interval between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).The recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of flow-mediated dilation(FMD)and non endothelium-dependent vasodilatation(NEDV)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The IRE1 level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sinus bradycardia,hypotension and atrioventricular pressure were lower in the observation group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of conduction block,heartburn or flatulence(P>0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with amiodarone can shorten the time of cardioversion,improve the endothelial function and endoplasmic reticulum stress factor level in the elderly patients with arrhythmia,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of popularizing.
