摘 要:近年来,我国高等医学教育事业得到了快速发展,但其改革仍受到来自经济、社会、环境等诸方面的制约和影响。医学神经生物学是一门多课程知识点交叉的学科,也是当今生命科学中最活跃的前沿学科之一,其学科交叉和多层次研究十分必要。鉴于国内外医学教育的发展,科学、技术、工程和数学(science,technology,engineering,mathematics,STEM)教育法因其跨学科及实践理念,能有效促进学生形成新观点,对于学生创新能力的培养具有明显作用。STEM教育在学生知识体系的构建中扮演着不可或缺的角色,有助于巩固他们之前学习的基础课知识,并为未来的专业课程学习奠定坚实基础。因此,它不仅具有承前启后的作用,而且对学生的综合素养提升至关重要。文章基于STEM教育思想,阐述了医学生的神经生物学课程跨学科知识的融合和交叉,提出要注重学生创新实践能力、团队协作能力、解决问题能力、临床转化应用能力的培养,并强调了教师要围绕STEM教育视角将神经科学知识与其他医学课程知识联系起来,有效激发学生学习兴趣和探索前沿的欲望。以此作为课改思路,探索基于医学生神经生物学的STEM课程实践路线。In recent years,China's higher medical education has experienced rapid development.However,its reform is still constrained and influenced by economic,social,and environmental factors.Medical neurobiology,a discipline that intersects multiple curricular knowledge points,is one of the most active frontier subjects in life sciences today.Its interdisciplinary and multi-level research is very necessary.Considering the development of medical education both domestically and abroad,the science,technology,engineering,and mathematics(STEM)education approach,with its interdisciplinary and practical philosophy,effectively promotes the formation of new perspectives in students and plays a significant role in cultivating their innovative abilities.STEM education plays an indispensable role in building students'knowledge systems,helps consolidate the foundational knowledge they have previously learned,and lays a solid foundation for future specialized course studies.Therefore,it not only serves to bridge previous and subsequent learning but is also crucial for enhancing students'overall competencies.This article,based on STEM education principles,discusses the integration and intersection of interdisciplinary knowledge in the neurobiology courses for medical students.It emphasizes the importance of focusing on cultivating students'abilities in practical innovation,teamwork,problem-solving,and clinical translational applications.It also stresses that teachers should connect neuroscience knowledge with other medical course content within the STEM education framework,effectively stimulating students'interest in learning and their desire to explore cutting-edge topics.This serves as a reform strategy for exploring a STEM-based practice route in neurobiology courses for medical students.
