基于省际维度的中国数字经济空间结构发展研究

摘　　要：本文通过构建以数字经济基础设施、产业发展、发展环境及创新能力为一级评价指标的综合评价体系,结合熵权法测度中国各省市的数字经济发展水平及各省市之间的数字经济辐射及依存关系。为进一步探究中国数字经济发展的整体态势,本文利用社会网络分析方法分析了中国数字经济发展网络的整体和局部特征。研究发现:中国各省市的数字经济发展水平呈上升态势,且数字经济联系的密切程度逐年提高,但各省市间关联的紧密性和稳定性有待加强,且数字经济发展呈现“多点突出,局部失衡”的状况;各地区数字经济集群特点不同,数字经济联系多发生在经济集群内部,集群之间的联系有待加强。By constructing a comprehensive evaluation system with digital economy infrastructure,industrial development,development environment,and innovation ability as the fi rst-level evaluation indicators,this paper measures the development level of digital economy in China’s provinces and cities,as well as the radiation and dependence of digital economy among provinces and cities.To further explore the overall situation of digital economy development in China,this paper analyzes the overall and local characteristics of digital economy development networks in China by using the social network analysis method.It is found that the development level of the digital economy in China’s provinces and cities is on the rise,and the closeness of the digital economy is also increasing year by year,but the closeness and stability of the relationship between provinces and cities need to be strengthened.The development of the digital economy is“multi-point prominent and locally unbalanced”.The characteristics of digital economic clusters in various regions are diff erent,the digital economic links mostly occur within economic clusters,and the links between clusters need to be strengthened.
