摘 要:2021年,中国由“人口老龄化社会”迈向“深度人口老龄化社会”,在此背景下,中国共产党十九届五中全会提出“实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略”。老年人力市场蕴藏着巨大的劳动力资源,老年消费市场更是扩内需、促消费的“潜力股”,顺应时代要求,发展银发经济、促进老年消费,满足老年人多层次、多样化的需求,是实现中国经济高质量发展的必然要求。目前,中国老年消费市场仍存在制度不健全,政策落实不到位;产品服务种类单一,养老产业尚未形成规模化;消费习惯固守传统,消费观念尚有待提升;适老化消费环境仍需改善提升等问题。在此背景下,文章认为我国应从政府、企业、老年人自身、社会环境多角度深入剖析老年消费市场存在的问题,构建多元化老年消费市场开发模型。In 2021,China transitioned from an“aging society”to a“society with a deep aging population”.Against this backdrop,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to“implement a national strategy to actively respond to population aging.”The elderly labor market harbors enormous labor resources,while the elderly consumer market enjoys great potential for expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption.To meet the requirements of the times,developing a silver economy,promoting elderly consumption,and satisfying the multi-level and diversifi ed needs of the elderly are inevitable requirements for achieving high-quality economic development in China.Currently,there are still problems in China’s elderly consumer market,including an imperfect system,insuffi cient policy implementation,limited variety in products and services,an unscaled elderly care industry,traditional consumption habits,outdated consumption concepts,and a need for improvement in the elderly-friendly consumption environment.Under this context,The article argues that China should conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems in the elderly consumer market from multiple perspectives including the government,enterprises,the elderly themselves,and the social environment to develop a diversifi ed development model for the elderly consumer market.
