摘  要:目的:探究8种多元包装材料包装的手术器械包同一批次灭菌的最佳装载位置及其实施前后对湿包效果的影响。方法:选取2020年8月~2022年8月的骨科包共4800个。对照组采用均匀实验设计方法通过配套的均匀设计和使用U8(86)表进行反复实验研究,得出多元包装材料的手术器械包灭菌最佳装载位置及该组湿包发生率;观察组按最佳位置装载灭菌,统计该组湿包发生率。结果:①研究得出8种包装材料对应的最佳灭菌装载位置是:上层前-内层单棉布+外层双无纺布、上层后-棉布、中层前-内层单棉布+外层双新型纺织品、中层后-新型纺织品布、下层前-无纺布、下层后-内层单棉布+外层双皱纹纸;医用皱纹纸和硬质容器任何位置均可。②对照组和观察组湿包发生率分别是2.62%和0.38%(P<0.05)。结论:使用多元包装材料包装的手术器械包同批次灭菌时,实施最佳位置精准装载灭菌,可有效防止湿包。Objective:To investigate the optimal loading position of surgical instrument packs packed with eight multi-packaging materials for sterilization in the same batch and its effect on the wet pack effect before and after implementation.Methods:A total of 4800 orthopaedic packs from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected.In the control group,the optimal loading position for sterilisation of surgical instrument packs with multiple packaging materials and the incidence of wet packs in this group were obtained using a uniform experimental design method by means of a matching uniform design and an iterative experimental study using Table U8(86)table;The observation group was sterilised by loading in the optimum position and the incidence of wet packs in this group was counted.Results:①The optimal sterilization loading positions for the eight packaging materials were:before the top layer-inner single cotton+outer double non-woven,after the top layer-cotton,before the middle layer-inner single cotton+outer double new textile,after the middle layer-new textile,before the bottom layer-non-woven,after the bottom layer-inner single cotton+outer double crinkle paper;any position of medical crinkle paper and rigid containers was possible.②The incidence of wet packs in the control and observation groups was 2.62%and 0.38%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:When sterilising surgical instrument packs packed with multipacking materials in the same batch,implementing the optimal position for precise loading sterilisation can effectively prevent wet packs.
