摘　　要：目的:评估两种不同原理的精液计算机分析系统检测数据的可比性,分析各检测系统的优缺点。方法:通过将同一份精液分别利用不同检测系统进行检测,对比精子的浓度、活率、a级精子比例好b级精子比例,从而找到各分析系统不同,并分析其原因。结果:对比三个不同分析系统,其精子的浓度、精子活率和精子的b级精子比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:各检测系统对精子的检测各有优缺点,都可以作为临床应用的检测工具。Objective:To evaluate the comparability of detection data from two different principles of semen computer analysis systems and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each detection system.Methods:By using different detection systems to detect the same semen,the concentration,viability,and proportion of a-grade sperm compared to that of b-grade sperm were compared,in order to identify the differences in each analysis system and analyze the reasons for their differences.Results:Comparing three different analysis systems,there was no statistically significant difference in sperm concentration,sperm viability,and the proportion of b-grade sperm(P>0.05).Conclusion:Each detection system has its own advantages and disadvantages in detecting sperm,and can be used as a detection tool for clinical applications.
