摘 要:目的:分析自动化仪器在检验科临床使用中对其精度产生影响的因素,总结相关干预措施。方法:漳州市长泰区医院自2020年起开始对检验科自动化仪器实施质量控制管理,针对自动化仪器使用精度产生影响的因素制定相应的质量干预措施,自2020年1月~2021年12月在检验科抽取90件自动化仪器,对比分析2020年与2021年该批仪器质量管理效果。结果:2021年全自动血生化分析仪检验准确率98.89%、五分类血球分析仪检验准确率98.89%、化学发光免疫分析仪检验准确率97.78%、尿沉渣分析仪检验准确率98.89%,显著高于2020年的92.22%、91.11%、88.89%、93.33%(P<0.05);2021年检验速度、性能评分显著高于2020年(P<0.05);2021年全自动血生化分析仪使用满意度100.00%、五分类血球分析仪使用满意度100.00%、化学发光免疫分析仪使用满意度100.00%、尿沉渣分析仪使用满意度100.00%,显著高于2020年的81.11%、82.22%、76.67%、64.44%(P<0.05)。结论:针对影响自动化仪器使用精度的因素加强质量控制管理,可显著提高检验科仪器检验准确率,提高使用质量,达到检验人员预期目标。Objective:To analyze the factors affecting the accuracy of automated instruments in clinical laboratory,and summarize the relevant interventions.Methods:Since 2020,Zhangzhou City,Changtai District Hospital has started to implement quality control management for automatic instruments in the laboratory,and formulated corresponding quality intervention measures according to the factors affecting the accuracy of automatic instruments.From January 2020 to December 2021,90 automated instruments were selected from the laboratory,and the quality management effect of this batch was compared and analyzed in 2020 and 2021 in 2021.Results:In 2021,the accuracy of automatic blood biochemical analyzer was 98.89%,the accuracy of five classification blood cell analyzer was 98.89%,the accuracy of chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer was 97.78%,the accuracy of urine sediment analyzer was 98.89%,significant higher than 92.22%,91.11%,88.89%and 93.33%in 2020(P<0.05);In 2021,the test speed and performance score were significantly higher than that of the 2020(P<0.05);In 2021,use satisfaction of automatic blood biochemical analyzer 100.00%,use satisfaction of five classification blood cell analyzer 100.00%,use satisfaction of chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer 100.00%,use satisfaction of urine sediment analyzer 100.00%,it was significantly higher than that observed in 2020(81.11%),(82.22%),(76.67%),and(64.44%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the factors affecting the accuracy of automatic instruments can significantly improve the inspection accuracy of the laboratory instruments,improve the quality of use,and achieve the expected goal of the inspection personnel.
