摘　　要：数字心电图机在心脏疾病的早期诊断中起着关键作用,能够实现生理信号放大、信息数据采集、自动分析及打印等工作。12导联数字心电图机可同步记录心脏同一心动周期在不同位置、不同导联上的完整心电波形,有利于精确定位和定性,不仅能辅助临床诊断,而且对教学和科研也有很高价值。文章综述了数字心电图机应用发展及心电信号分析现状和发展,探究数字心电图机临床应用策略,展望了心电图机未来发展前景。Digital electrocardiograph plays a key role in the early diagnosis of cardiac disease,which is capable of physiological signal magnification,information data acquisition,automatic analysis and printing,etc.12-lead digital electrocardiograph can synchronously record the complete ECG waveforms of the same cardiac cycle in different positions and leads,which is conducive to precise positioning and qualitative,not only aids in clinical diagnosis,but also has a high value for teaching and scientific research.The article reviews the application development of digital electrocardiograph and the current situation and development of ECG signal analysis,explores the clinical application strategy of digital electrocardiograph,and looks forward to the future development prospect of digital electrocardiograph.
