摘  要:目的:探究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与磁共振成像(MRI)联合运用于腕关节损伤的影像特征以及诊断价值。方法:纳入2021年8月~2023年6月本院60例腕关节损伤患者,均接受MSCT、MRI检查,分析检查结果的差异性,探究联合检查的诊断价值。结果:MRI、MSCT的骨折检出率(48.33%、46.67%)、脱位检出率(15.00%、13.33%)低于联合检查(66.67%、30.00%),P<0.05;MSCT移位骨折片检出率高于MRI检查,P<0.05;与联合检查比较差异不显著,P>0.05;MRI隐匿性骨折片检出率高于MSCT检查,P<0.05;与联合检查比较差异不显著,P>0.05;联合检查的特异度、敏感度及准确率均高于MSCT和MRI检查,P<0.05。结论:腕关节损伤患者应用MSCT联合MRI诊断准确率更高,可明确损伤类型。Objective:To explore the imaging features and diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)combined with nuclear magnetic resonance(MRI)in wrist joint injury.Methods:From August 2021 to June 2023,60 patients with wrist joint injury in our hospital were included,and all of them received MSCT and MRI examination.The difference of examination results was analyzed to explore the diagnostic value of combined examination.Results:The fracture detection rates(48.33%,46.67%)and dislocation detection rates(15.00%,13.33%)of MRI and MSCT were lower than those of combined examination(66.67%,30.00%)(P<0.05).The detection rate of MSCT displaced fracture film was higher than that of MRI(P<0.05).There was no significant difference compared with combined examination(P>0.05).The detection rate of MRI occult fracture film was higher than that of MSCT(P<0.05).There was no significant difference compared with combined examination(P>0.05).The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of combined examination were higher than those of MSCT and MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT combined with MRI in patients with wrist joint injury is higher,and the type of injury can be clearly defined.
