摘 要:目的:浅析射频电疗联合机械辅助排痰佐治小儿肺炎肺实变的临床价值。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年6月萍乡市人民医院儿科收治的60例肺炎合并肺实变患儿,随机分为三组,均以常规治疗为基础,对照1组采用机械辅助排痰、对照2组采用射频电疗、观察组采用机械辅助排痰+射频电疗治疗,对三组患儿治疗后肺啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、住院时间以及疗效进行比较。结果:对照1组和对照2组患儿各临床指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患儿肺部啰音消失时间以及住院时间短于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肺炎肺实变患儿而言,射频电疗联合机械辅助排痰治疗效果显著。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of radio frequency electrotherapy combined with mechanical assisted sputum evacuation in the treatment of pulmonary consolidation in children with pneumonia.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,60 children with pneumonia complicated with pulmonary consolidation admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Pingxiang People’s Hospital were randomly divided into three groups.All of them were based on routine treatment.The control group 1 was treated with mechanical assisted sputum excretion,the control group 2 was treated with radio frequency electrotherapy,and the observation group was treated with mechanical assisted sputum excretion+radio frequency electrotherapy.Compare the disappearance time of lung rales,cough,hospitalization time,and efficacy of three groups of children after treatment.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in clinical indicators between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P>0.05).The observation group had shorter lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time compared to the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with pulmonary consolidation caused by pneumonia,the combination of radio frequency electrotherapy and mechanical assisted sputum evacuation therapy has a significant effect.
