摘　　要：目的:分析SchatzkerⅠ~Ⅲ型胫骨平台骨折治疗中实施关节镜下锁定加压钢板治疗。方法:选取2018年1月~2022年12月本院收治的80例SchatzkerⅠ~Ⅲ型胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,将2018年~2020年实施常规开放性手术的40例患者列为对照组,将2021年~2022年实施关节镜下锁定加压钢板术式的40例患者列为观察组,比较两组患者手术信息、膝关节恢复信息及术后并发症发生率。结果:与对照组相比,观察组手术时长、术中失血量、切口长度、住院时间、下床时间较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,术后膝关节活动度评分、美国特种外科医院评分、美国膝关节协会评分临床及功能评分均较高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,术后并发症发生率观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论:SchatzkerⅠ~Ⅲ型胫骨平台骨折治疗中实施关节镜下锁定加压钢板可显著降低手术创伤性,有助于增进患者的膝关节功能恢复,减少术后并发症,具有重要应用价值。Objective:To analyze the application of arthroscopic locking compression plate in the treatment of SchatzkerⅠ-Ⅲtibial plateau fracture.Methods:A total of 80 patients with type SchatzkerⅠ-Ⅲtibial plateau fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and 40 patients who underwent surgery from 2018 to 2020 were selected as the control group.40 patients who underwent arthroscopic locking compression plate surgery from 2021 to 2022 were included in the observation group,and the surgical information,knee recovery information and postoperative complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,hospital stay and getting out of bed time in observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the postoperative knee motion score,HSS score,KSS clinical and functional scores were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of arthroscopic locking compression plate in the treatment of SchatzkerⅠ-Ⅲtibial plateau fracture can significantly reduce the trauma of surgery,help to improve the functional recovery of patients’knee joint,and reduce postoperative complications,which has important application value.
