颅内压监护仪用于高血压脑出血患者术后监测的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在为高血压脑出血(HCH)患者实施术后监测的过程中颅内压监护仪可以获得的临床应用效果与价值。方法:随机于2019年1月~2022年12月在本院接受手术治疗的HCH患者中抽取62例作为观察对象,以电脑随机分组法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各31例。其中,观察组患者的术后监测方法为颅内压监护仪监测,对照组患者的术后监测方法为常规监护。比较两种方法在HCH术后监测中的临床效果与价值。结果:观察组患者预后效果显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者并发症发生率相对较低,P<0.05。观察组患者术后第4天、第6天、第8天甘露醇使用量以及甘露醇使用总量均少于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:在为HCH患者实施术后监测的过程中颅内压监测仪的应用具有较为显著的临床效果与价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and value of intracranial pressure monitor in the process of postoperative monitoring for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH).Methods:This study randomly selected 62 HCH patients who received surgical treatment in the hospital as observation subjects,and divided them into an observation group of 31 patients and a control group using computer random grouping method.The postoperative monitoring method for the observation group patients is intracranial pressure monitoring with a monitoring device,while the postoperative monitoring method for the control group patients is routine monitoring.Compare the clinical efficacy and value of two methods in postoperative monitoring of HCH.Results:The prognostic effect of the observation group patients was significantly better than that of the control group patients,with P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was relatively low,P<0.05.The amount of mannitol used and the total amount of mannitol used in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the 4th,6th,and 8th day after surgery,with P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of ICP monitor in the course of postoperative monitoring for HCH patients has a significant clinical effect and value.
