冠状动脉支架植入术治疗对梗死后心绞痛患者心功能及效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究冠状动脉支架植入术治疗对梗死后心绞痛病例的心功能指标等作用。方法:将2021年1月~2022年1月医院收治的梗死后心绞痛病例129例纳入研究的范围,西医诊治的共计66例为对照组,冠状动脉支架植入术治疗的共计63例为观察组,比较两组治疗前以及治疗后1年时的左室舒张末期内径、氨基末端脑利钠肽前体以及C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白5(CTRP5)测定水平,评估不同直径支架置入血管再狭窄的状况。结果:1年的随访时,两组的心功能指标均获得大幅度的改善效果,有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的心功能指标更优(P<0.05)。治疗后24h,观察组的CTRP5测定水平较对照组高(P<0.05),1年的随访时,观察组的CTRP5测定水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1年时FlashDSCT支架对于观察组再狭窄状况的评定效能较可观。结论:冠状动脉支架植入术治疗对梗死后心绞痛病例的心功能指标等改善效果显著,且减轻病情的效果显著,优于西医用药,FlashDSCT诊断支架置入血管再狭窄的效能较高。Objective:To explore the effect of coronary stent implantation on cardiac function in patients with post infarction angina pectoris.Methods:The patients(129 cases)with post infarction angina admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were included in the study.66 cases treated by western medicine were the control group,and 63 cases intervened by coronary stent implantation were the observation group.The left ventricular end diastolic diameter,N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP)and tumor necrosis factor related protein 5(CTRP5)levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and one year after treatment,evaluate the status of restenosis after implantation of stents with different diameters.Results:At 1 year follow-up,the cardiac function indicators of both groups were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the two cardiac function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 24 hours of treatment,the CTRP5 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 year follow-up,the CTRP5 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 year after intervention,the Flash DSCT stent had a higher efficacy in assessing restenosis in the observation group.Conclusion:The intervention of coronary stent implantation has a significant effect on the improvement of cardiac function indicators in patients with post infarction angina pectoris,and the effect of alleviating the disease is significant,which is better than the way of western medicine.Flash DSCT has a higher efficacy in diagnosing stent restenosis.
