牙齿根管治疗仪结合M3机用镍钛锉在临床中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析牙齿根管治疗仪结合M3机用镍钛锉在临床中的应用价值。方法:研究纳入医院2022年7月~2023年9月临床收治的接受根管治疗的患者110例(患牙135颗)为对象,随机抽签分组为对照组(55例,66颗患牙)与观察组(55例,69颗患牙),分别采用牙齿根管治疗仪联合不锈钢K锉、牙齿根管治疗仪联合M3机用镍钛锉治疗,治疗后随访1个月,比较不同治疗方式下组间根管预备时间、根管填充成功率、根管治疗的诊间痛、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组根管预备时间(6.93±1.09)min短于对照组(8.26±1.15)min(P<0.05);观察组根管填充成功率(98.18%)高于对照组(85.45%)(P<0.05);观察组根管治疗的诊间痛重度低于对照组,轻度高于对照组(P<0.05),两组组间中度疼痛差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前的各项炎性因子指标组间差异无意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙齿根管治疗仪结合M3机用镍钛锉能有效缩短根管预备治疗的时间,提升根管填充成功率,改善根管治疗的诊间痛及炎性因子水平,综合性治疗效果显著。Objective:To analyze the application value of dental root canal therapy instrument combined with M3 machine in clinical practice.Methods:Study included in the hospital from July 2022 to September 2023,110 patients(135 teeth)as the object,randomly drawn for control group(55 cases,66 teeth)and observation group(55 cases,69 teeth),respectively using tooth root canal therapy combined with stainless steel K file,tooth root canal therapy combined with M3 machine follow-up 1 month after treatment,compare root canal preparation time,root canal filling success rate,and pain and inflammatory factor level between root canal treatment.Results:The root canal preparation time in the observation group(6.93±1.09)min was shorter than that in the control group(8.26±1.15)min(P<0.05);The success rate of root canal filling in the observation group(98.18%)was higher than that in the control group(85.45%)(P<0.05);The observation group was lower than that in the control group,mild higher than the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in moderate pain between the two groups(P>0.05);No significant group difference in various inflammatory factors before treatment(P>0.05),CRP and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dental root canal therapy instrument combined with M3 machine can effectively shorten the time of root canal preparation treatment,improve the success rate of root canal filling,improve the level of pain and inflammatory factors in root canal treatment,the comprehensive treatment effect is remarkable.
