摘　　要：主要探讨了多模式物流管理下医用耗材信息化、精细化管理体系建设与措施。首先,分析了该体系的组成部分,包括需求预测与供应计划、信息管理平台的构建以及物流管理的优化等。其次,笔者详细讨论了如何通过SPD管理平台,实现医用耗材的采购、库存、配送、临床使用以及不良事件的精细化管理。This article mainly discusses the construction and measures of medical consumables informatization and refined management system under multimodal logistics management.Firstly,the components of the system were analyzed,including demand forecasting and supply planning,construction of an information management platform,and optimization of logistics management.Secondly,the author discussed in detail how to achieve refined management of medical consumables procurement,inventory,distribution,clinical use,and adverse events through the SPD management platform.
