摘　　要：费森尤斯4008S血液透析机因内部结构复杂和频繁使用会偶尔发生故障。文章针对在使用中可能出现的系统故障和报警问题进行探讨。文章首先分析了该设备的构造,包括控制单元、血液环路、超滤等部分,以及两个微型处理器CPU1、CPU2的作用;并针对常见的报警类型,如水报警、流量报警、自检报警等,提出了具体的维修处理方法。强调维修人员需深入了解设备结构,迅速定位问题,以提升维修效率和保障患者安全,提高医疗服务水平。The Fresenius 4008S hemodialysis machine occasionally malfunctions due to its complex internal structure and frequent use.The article explores the possible system malfunctions and alarm issues that may occur during use.The article first analyzes the structure of the device,including the control unit,blood loop,ultrafiltration and other parts,as well as the functions of two microprocessors CPU1 and CPU2;And specific maintenance and handling methods were proposed for common alarm types,such as water alarm,flow alarm,self check alarm,etc.Emphasize the need for maintenance personnel to have a deep understanding of the equipment structure,quickly locate problems,improve maintenance efficiency,ensure patient safety,and improve the level of medical services.
