摘 要:目的:分析尿液红细胞检验中开展尿干化学分析仪联合尿沉渣分析仪的应用效果。方法:选择2022年5月~2023年5月于本院进行尿常规检查的200例患者为研究样本,取其晨起中段尿液为检验标本,均分别行尿干化学分析仪检验(试验1组)、尿沉渣分析仪检验(试验2组)以及尿干化学分析仪联合尿沉渣分析仪检验(试验3组),并以尿沉渣镜检为诊断金标准。对比三种方法的检查结果。结果:①在此次检验中,有180例经尿沉渣镜检为阳性,20例为阴性,分别占比90.00%、10.00%;有160例经尿干化学分析仪为阳性,40例为阴性,分别占比80.00%、20.00%;有172例经尿沉渣分析仪检验为阳性,28例为阴性,分别占比86.00%、14.00%;有175例经联合检验为阳性,25例为阴性,分别占比87.50%、12.50%;②经对比,试验3组特异度、准确度均高于试验1组,且漏诊率低于试验1组,P<0.05。试验2组灵敏度、特异度均高于试验1组,且漏诊率低于试验1组,P<0.05。试验2组、试验3组无明显差异。结论:在尿液红细胞检验中联合应用尿干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪,可一定程度上提高检验特异度、灵敏度、准确度,同时降低漏诊率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of urine dry chemical analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer in urine red blood cell examination.Methods:A total of 200 patients who underwent routine urine examination in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as study samples,and their mid-stream urine samples from morning were taken as test specimens.Urine dry chemical analyzer(test group 1),urine sediment analyzer(test group 2),and urine dry chemical analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer(test group 3)were respectively tested.Urinary sediment microscopy was the gold standard for diagnosis.The results of the three methods were compared.Results:①In this examination,180 cases were positive and 20 cases were negative,accounting for 90.00%and 10.00%respectively;160 cases were positive and 40 cases were negative by urine dry chemical analyzer,accounting for 80.00%and 20.00%respectively.There were 172 cases positive and 28 cases negative by urine sediment analyzer,accounting for 86.00%and 14.00%respectively.175 cases were positive and 25 cases were negative,accounting for 87.50%and 12.50%respectively.②After comparison,the specificity and accuracy of test group 3 were higher than those of test group 1,and the rate of missed diagnosis was lower than that of test group 1,P<0.05.The sensitivity and specificity of test group 2 were higher than those of test group 1,and the rate of missed diagnosis was lower than that of test group 1(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between test group 2 and test group 3.Conclusion:The combination of urine dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer can improve the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of urine red blood cell test to a certain extent,and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis.
