尿微量白蛋白在两套特种蛋白分析仪中的比较

摘　　要：目的:对尿微量白蛋白在AfinionAS100全自动特种蛋白干式免疫散射色谱分析仪,国赛AristoUr特定蛋白分析仪结果进行比对分析。方法:收集152例门诊及病房患者尿液,同时用AfinionAS100全自动特种蛋白干式免疫散射色谱分析仪,国赛AristoUr特定蛋白分析仪进行检测。结果:152例尿液标本使用AfinionAS100全自动特种蛋白干式免疫散射色谱分析仪,国赛AristoUr特定蛋白分析仪检测结果比较,其中85例100%符合;40例偏差≤±12.5%;49例偏差≤±25%,有18例偏差>±25%,两套特种蛋白分析仪总符合率≥80%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿微量白蛋白在AfinionAS100全自动特种蛋白干式免疫散射色谱分析仪,国赛AristoUr特定蛋白分析仪两台仪器的结果符合性增高,为临床诊断提供了更可靠的依据。Objective:To compare and analyze the results of urine microalbumin using the AfionAS100 fully automatic special protein dry immunoscattering chromatography analyzer and the national AristoUr specific protein analyzer.Methods:Urine samples from 152 outpatient and ward patients were collected and detected using the AfionAS100 fully automatic special protein dry immunoscattering chromatography analyzer and the national AristoUr specific protein analyzer.Results:152 urine samples were compared using the AfionAS100 fully automatic special protein dry immunoscattering chromatography analyzer and the national AristoUr specific protein analyzer.Among them,85 cases were 100%consistent;40 cases had a deviation of≤±12.5%;49 cases had a deviation of≤±25%,with 18 cases having a deviation of>±25%.The total compliance rate of the two sets of special protein analyzers was≥80%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The consistency of the results of urine microalbumin in the AfionAS100 fully automatic special protein dry immunoscattering chromatographic analyzer and the national AristoUr specific protein analyzer is increased,providing a more reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
