摘　　要：目的:研究血液透析机串联血液灌流器治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效及对患者肾功能和炎性因子影响。方法:将在本院接受治疗的70例慢性肾衰竭患者基于治疗方式不同分为两组,其中对照组采用血液透析机开展治疗,研究组采用血液透析机和血液灌流器开展治疗。观察两组临床疗效以及治疗前后的肾功能指标和炎性因子。结果:研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前研究组和对照组肾功能指标和炎性因子水平无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组血肌酐和血尿素氮水平显著小于对照组(P<0.05),研究组肾小球滤过率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤因子-α和C-反应蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组γ干扰素高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析机串联血液灌流器治疗慢性肾衰竭,可以有效改善肾功能和炎性因子,疗效显著。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis machine in series with blood perfusion device on chronic renal failure and its impact on renal function and inflammatory factors in patients.Methods:Based on different treatment methods,70 patients with chronic renal failure who received treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group received treatment with a hemodialysis machine,while the study group received treatment with a hemodialysis machine and a hemoperfusion device.Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups,as well as the renal function indicators and inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results:The treatment efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of renal function indicators and inflammatory factors between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared to the control group,the blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels of the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05),while the glomerular filtration rate was significantly higher(P<0.05)after treatment.Compared to the control group,the interleukin-6 and tumor factors-αof the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05),while theγInterferon was significantly higher(P<0.05)after treatment.Conclusion:The combination of a hemodialysis machine and a hemoperfusion device can effectively improve renal function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic renal failure,with significant therapeutic effects.
