彩色多普勒超声诊断颈椎病椎动脉供血不足的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在颈椎病诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集100例颈椎病患者(作为观察组)和100例健康体检人员(作为对照组)的彩色多普勒超声图像,采用灰度值分析、曲线拟合等方法对彩色多普勒超声图像进行处理和分析。结果:颈椎病患者的椎动脉血流速度明显减慢,彩色多普勒超声可以检测到患者的椎动脉血流信号异常;同时,颈椎病患者的神经功能和血管功能也可以通过彩色多普勒超声进行评估。结论:彩色多普勒超声可以准确检测颈椎病患者的神经功能、血管功能等,并对其进行评估,从而提高诊断准确性和治疗效果,具有重要的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Collect color Doppler ultrasound images of 100 patients with cervical spondylosis(as the observation group)and 100 healthy individuals(as the control group),and process and analyze the color Doppler ultrasound images using methods such as grayscale value analysis and curve fitting.Results:The vertebral artery blood flow velocity in patients with cervical spondylosis was significantly slowed down,and color Doppler ultrasound could detect abnormal vertebral artery blood flow signals in patients;Meanwhile,the neurological and vascular functions of patients with cervical spondylosis can also be evaluated using color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound can accurately detect the nerve function and vascular function of patients with cervical spondylosis,and evaluate it,so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy and treatment effect,which has important application value.
