摘 要:目的:探讨呼吸家肺功能仪在慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)诊断中的价值。方法:选取100例2022年1月~2023年5月收治的COPD患者作为观察组,另选择同期收治的100名健康体检者作为对照组,两组均采用呼吸家肺功能仪进行肺功能检查,对比组间肺功能情况,并分析其诊断准确率。结果:观察组的FEV1、FEV1/FVC等指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的轻、中度肺阻塞占比率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在观察组中通过肺功能检查确诊者共计有92例,8例漏诊,诊断准确率为92.00%。观察组患者的轻、中、重度及极重度COPD占比率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用呼吸家肺功能仪检查COPD患者的肺功能可为COPD诊断的重要参考依据,可有效提高COPD诊断准确率,并对其COPD分级情况进行准确判断,有利于为临床诊治提供科学指导。Objective:To explore the value of respiratory home pulmonary function instrument in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:100 COPD patients admitted between January 2022 and May 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy individuals admitted during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent lung function tests using a respiratory home lung function analyzer to compare the lung function between the groups and analyze their diagnostic accuracy.Results:The FEV1,FEV1/FVC and other indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of mild to moderate pulmonary obstruction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,a total of 92 cases were diagnosed through lung function examination,and 8 cases were misdiagnosed,with a diagnostic accuracy of 92.00%.The proportion of mild,moderate,severe,and extremely severe COPD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of a respiratory home lung function instrument to check the lung function of COPD patients can serve as an important reference for the diagnosis of COPD,effectively improving the accuracy of COPD diagnosis,and accurately judging the COPD grading,which is conducive to providing scientific guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
