血透机预防性维修模式中质量控制检测的要点

摘　　要：目的:探讨血透机预防性维修模式中质量控制检测的要点。方法:选取医院中的进口品牌血透机样本30台进行研究,依据自身编号分为两组,常规预防性维修模式为对照组,研究组将质量控制检测方式应用于预防性维修模式中,观察对比两组的总停机时间以及故障发生率,同时记录研究组设备的五项指标平均值。结果:研究组总停机时间比对照组短(P<0.05);研究组故障发生率为6.67%,比对照组的40.00%低(P<0.05);研究组各项指标的标准差相对较小,由此可见检测指标可靠、准确。结论:将质量控制检测应用于血透机的预防性维修模式中,不仅可以缩短其总停机时间,还可以降低故障发生率,在血透机日常维护中具有一定的优势。Objective:To explore the main points of quality control inspection in preventive maintenance mode of hemodialysis machine.Methods:30 samples of imported brand hemodialysis machines in hospitals were selected for research and divided into two groups according to their own numbers.The conventional preventive maintenance mode was the control group.The research group applied the quality control detection mode to the preventive maintenance mode,observed and compared the total downtime and failure rate of the two groups,and recorded the average value of five indicators of the equipment in the research group.Results:The total downtime of the research group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The failure rate of the research group was 6.67%lower than that of the control group(40.00%)(P<0.05).The standard deviation of each index in the research group is relatively small,which shows that the detection index is reliable and accurate.Conclusion:The application of quality control detection in the preventive maintenance mode of hemodialysis machine can not only shorten the total downtime,but also reduce the incidence of failure,which has certain advantages in the daily maintenance of hemodialysis machine.
