摘 要:目的:探究不同清洗方法对管腔类外来医疗器械清洗质量的影响。方法:选取2022年2月~8月本院处置的200件管腔类外来医疗器械作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为2组,即常规组与研究组,每组各100件。常规组采用流动水冲洗+全自动清洗消毒机,研究组则在常规组基础上加用超声清洗。通过目测法、经放大镜辅助检查、隐血残留检测、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)检测,比较两组器械清洗合格率。结果:研究组的目测法、经放大镜辅助检查器械清洗合格率分别为100.00%、96.00%,明显高于常规组的94.00%、88.00%,差异显著(χ^(2)=4.296、4.348,P<0.05)。研究组的隐血残留检测器械清洗合格率为93.00%,高于常规组的84.00%(χ^(2)=3.979,P<0.05)。研究组的ATP检测器械清洗合格率为92.00%,高于常规组的82.00%(χ^(2)=4.421,P<0.05)。结论:采用流动水冲洗+超声清洗+全自动清洗消毒机的方法清洗管腔类外来医疗器械可以有效改善清洗质量,提高器械清洗合格率。Objective:To explore the influence of different cleaning methods on the cleaning quality of luminal foreign medical devices.Methods:200 lumen external medical devices disposed of in our hospital from February to August 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,namely the conventional group and the research group,with 100 pieces in each group.The conventional group used running water washing+automatic cleaning and disinfection machine,and the research group added ultrasonic cleaning on the basis of the conventional group.Through visual inspection,magnifying glass assisted examination,occultic blood residue detection and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)detection,the qualified rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The qualified rates of instrument cleaning in the research group were 100.00%and 96.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(94.00%and 88.00%,χ^(2)=4.296,4.348,P<0.05).The qualified rate of instrument cleaning for occult blood residue detection in the research group was 93.00%was higher than conventional group(84.00%),significant difference(χ^(2)=3.979,P<0.05).The qualified rate of ATP test equipment cleaning in the research group was 92.00%,higher than conventional group(82.00%),significant difference(χ^(2)=4.421,P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the method of running water washing+ultrasonic cleaning+automatic cleaning and disinfection machine to clean the external medical equipment of lumen can effectively improve the cleaning quality and improve the qualified rate of instrument cleaning.
