摘 要:目的:分析消毒供应中心手术器械清洗中超声波清洗机的应用效果。方法:将本院消毒供应中心在2022年1月~2022年6月回收的3361件手术器械纳入对照组,对其实施手工清洗;将2022年7月~2022年12月该院消毒供应中心回收的6305件手术器械纳入观察组,对其使用超声波清洗机清洗;比较两组手术器械清洗合格率及生物膜细菌数。结果:观察组清洗质量优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均清洗时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术器械生物膜细菌数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应中心的手术器械清洗中使用超声波清洗机,可以有效提高器械清洗的合格率,减少器械中生物膜细菌的数量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of ultrasonic cleaner in the cleaning of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods:3361 surgical instruments recovered from the disinfection supply center of our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were included in the control group and manually cleaned.From July 2022 to December 2022,6,305 surgical instruments recovered from the disinfection supply center of the hospital were included in the observation group and cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning machine.The qualified cleaning rate of surgical instruments and the number of biofilm bacteria were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of cleaning quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average cleaning time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of biofilm bacteria in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of ultrasonic cleaner in the cleaning of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the qualified rate of instrument cleaning and reduce the number of biofilm bacteria in the instruments.
