多元合作维修管理模式在医院医疗设备管理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨多元合作维修管理模式在医院医疗设备管理中的应用价值分析。方法:选取日照市中医医院正在使用的809台医疗设备,于2021年12月构建多元合作维修管理模式,将2022年1月~2023年6月实施多元合作维修管理模式后的医学设备设为研究组,将2020年5月~2021年11月实施多元合作维修管理模式前的医学设备设为对照组,对比两组各类医疗设备故障频率、维修费用,医疗设备管理质量及设备使用满意度。结果:研究组各类医疗设备故障频率、维修费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组设备保养填写、设备状态记录、保养牌悬挂及定期质控评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组设备使用总满意率为96.00%,高于对照组的87.00%(P<0.05)。结论:医院医疗设备管理中应用多元合作维修管理模式能降低设备故障频率、维修费用,提高设备管理质量,且能优化临床服务水平。Objective:To explore the application value analysis of multiple cooperative maintenance management mode in hospital medical equipment management.Methods:809 medical devices in use in our hospital were selected to establish a diversified cooperative maintenance management model in December 2021,and the medical devices after the implementation of the diversified cooperative maintenance management model from January 2022 to June 2023 were set as research groups.Themedical equipment that implemented the diversified cooperative maintenance management mode from May 2020 to November 2021 was set as the control group,and the failure frequency,maintenance cost,medical equipment management quality and equipment use satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The failure frequency and maintenance cost of medical equipment in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of equipment maintenance filling,equipment status recording,maintenance plate hanging and periodic quality control in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the research group was 96.00%,higher than that of the control group(87.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multiple cooperative maintenance management mode in hospital medical equipment management can reduce equipment failure frequency,maintenance cost,improve equipment management quality,and optimize clinical service level.
