摘　　要：目的:研讨医院医疗器械管理中应用风险管理的效果以及管理质量水平。方法:选择本院2022年1月~2022年7月应用的2000件医疗器械,应用常规管理法,设为对照组,另选择本院2023年1月~2023年7月应用的2000件医疗器械,应用风险管理法,设为观察组,比较两组管理质量。结果:观察组器械缺陷总发生率0.25%,低于对照组的0.70%(P<0.05);观察组器械数量和规格、手术器械摆放和排列、器械小部件完好、附加物品放置合格率分别为98.55%、99.25%、99.10%、98.95%,均高于对照组的97.60%、98.15%、97.95%、97.75%(P<0.05);观察组收回和供给及时度、包装质量评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理在医院医疗器械管理中应用能降低器械缺陷率,提高器械包装合格率,管理质量较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of risk management in hospital medical device management and its impact on management quality.Methods:2000 medical devices applied in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2022 were selected,and routine management method was used as the control group.In addition,2000 medical devices applied in our hospital from January 2023 to July 2023 were selected,and risk management method was used as the observation group.Compare the management quality of two groups.Results:The total incidence of device defects in the observation group was 0.25%,lower than 0.70%in the control group(P<0.05);The number and specifications of instruments,placement and arrangement of surgical instruments,intact small parts of instruments,and qualified placement of additional items in the observation group were 98.55%,99.25%,99.10%,and 98.95%,respectively,which were higher than 97.60%,98.15%,97.95%,and 97.75%in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had higher scores for timely recovery,timely supply,and packaging quality than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk management in hospital medical device management can reduce the rate of device defects,improve the qualification rate of device packaging,and achieve high management quality.
