品管圈模式在血液透析室仪器设备管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究品管圈模式在血液透析室仪器设备管理中的应用成效。方法:选取本院血液透析室的42台血液透析机为研究对象,2023年3月~6月对血液透析机采用常规设备管理模式,将该期间血液透析机管理情况记为对照组;2023年7月~10月对血液透析机采用品管圈设备管理模式,将该期间血液透析机管理情况记为研究组。观察品管圈质量管理模式实施前后,血液透析机报警发生率、脱钙合格率、维修频率以及清洁消毒情况。结果:研究组总报警发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组脱钙合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组维修频率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组清洁合格率、消毒合格率和消毒执行率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在血液透析室仪器设备管理中应用品管圈模式可以显著提升管理质量。Objective:To study the application effect of the quality control circle model in the management of instruments and equipment in hemodialysis rooms.Methods:42 hemodialysis machines of our hospital were selected.From March to June 2023,conventional equipment management mode was adopted and the management was recorded as the control group.From July to October 2023,the quality control circle equipment management mode was adopted and the management was recorded as the research group.Observe the occurrence rate of blood dialysis machine alarms,decalcification qualification rate,maintenance frequency,and cleaning and disinfection status before and after the implementation of the quality control circle equipment management.Results:The total alarm incidence rate in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of decalcification in the research group was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the maintenance frequency in the research group was significantly lower(P<0.05).The cleaning qualification rate,disinfection qualification rate,and disinfection execution rate of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the quality control circle model in the management of instruments and equipment in hemodialysis rooms can significantly improve management quality.
