摘　　要：目的:探讨与分析影像科器械亚专科管理小组在医院安全管理中的应用价值。方法:研究时间为2022年1月1日~2022年12月31日,2022年7月1日之前,金昌市人民医院影像科的器械实施分散式管理(对照组);2022年7月1日影像科开始建立影像科器械亚专科管理小组,对器械行实施集中化管理(专科组),记录两组的管理效果与工作人员的职业暴露情况。结果:专科组的当天维修成功率、3d维修成功率、返厂维修成功率分别为70.0%、22.5%、7.5%,对照组分别为27.5%、50.0%、22.5%,两组对比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。专科组的平均维修时间、平均维修成本与对照组相比均明显减少(P<0.05)。专科组管理期间的工作人员职业暴露安全事件发生率为2.4%,对照组为16.7%,专科组与对照组相比明显减少(P<0.05)。专科组管理后的工作人员满意度为100.0%,对照组为88.1%,专科组与对照组相比明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:影像科器械亚专科管理小组在医院安全管理中的应用能降低器械的当天维修成功率、返厂维修成功率、3d维修成功率,减少平均维修时间、平均维修成本,也可降低工作人员职业暴露安全事件发生率,提高工作人员的满意度。Objective:To explore and analysis the application values of the sub specialized management group for imaging equipment in hospital safety management.Methods:The research period was from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022,and before July 1,2022,the instruments in the Imaging Department of Jinchang People’s Hospital were managed in a decentralized manner(control group);On July 1,2022,the Imaging Department began to establish a sub specialized management group for imaging equipment,implementing centralized management of the equipment industry(specialized group),recording the management effectiveness of the two groups and the occupational exposure of staff.Results:The daily maintenance success rate,3-day maintenance success rate,return to factory maintenance success rate of the specialist group were 70.0%,22.5%,and 7.5%,respectively,while the control group were 27.5%,50.0%,and 22.5%.There were a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The average maintenance time and cost of the specialist group were significantly reduced compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of occupational exposure safety incidents among staff during the management period of the specialized group were 2.4%,while the control group were 16.7%.The specialized group showed there were significant decrease compared to the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of staff in the specialized group after management were 100.0%,while in the control group were 88.1%.The specialized group showed were significant improvement compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the imaging equipment sub specialized management team in hospital safety management can reduce the success rate of equipment maintenance on the same day,return to factory,and 3-day maintenance,reduce the average maintenance time and cost,and also reduce the incidence of occupational exposure safety incidents among staff,improving staff satisfaction.
