摘 要:水产动物病原的快速定量检出有助于实现水产病害的提前预警和准确诊断。以分离自北黄海长牡蛎幼虫养殖池塘的一株致病性盐单胞菌7T为研究对象,基于其分子伴侣蛋白Dnak编码基因序列设计特异性引物,能从环境样本中检测出该菌株。通过TA克隆构建质粒,利用实时定量PCR方法实现了对该菌株的定量检测。Rapid quantitative detection of aquatic animal pathogens helps to achieve early warning and accurate diagnosis of aquatic diseases.A pathogenic Halomonas 7T strain isolated from a larval pond of Crossostrea gigas in the North Yellow Sea was studied.Specific primers were designed based on the sequence of its chaperone protein Dnak coding gene,and the strain could be detected from environmental samples.The plasmid was constructed by TA cloning,and the quantitative detection of the strain was realized by real-time quantitative PCR.
