摘 要:为了更好地监测官厅水库流域粪大肠菌群,通过方法验证和实测数据统计,验证了酶底物法在该流域应用的准确性,并总结分析了粪大肠菌群的时空变化规律。结果表明:粪大肠菌群浓度与温度有正相关关系,最大值基本出现在夏、秋季。水库上游洋河支流域监测站点粪大肠菌群浓度较高,库区附近站点浓度较低。结合实验验证与数据分析,验证了酶底物法在官厅水库流域应用的可行性,并为官厅水库水质监测提供数据支撑。In order to better monitor the fecal coliforms in Guanting Reservoir,the accuracy of the en-zyme substrate method applied in the basin was verified through method validation and measured data statistics,and the temporal and spatial patterns of fecal coliforms were summarized and analyzed.The re-sults showed that there was a positive correlation between fecal coliform concentration and temperature.The maximum value is basically in summer and autumn.The concentration of fecal coliform bacteria was higher at the monitoring stations in the Yanghe River tributary basin upstream of the reservoir,and lower at the stations near the reservoir area.Combined with experimental verification and data analysis,the fea-sibility of the application of enzyme substrate method in the basin of Guanting Reservoir was verified,and data support was provided for the water quality monitoring of Guanting Reservoir.
